Celebrating 3 Years Of Happiness.....

Yesterday, May 26th, was our 3rd year wedding anniversary. It made me reflect back on the past few years and think about how much we have grown and accomplished and how many amazing memories we have! I remember when Andrew asked me to marry him....

He took me up to Canyon Lake, which is where we had our first date. We drove up there and hiked around for a little bit. It was sunset so it was so beautiful. Then, he asked me to marry him and I was so thrilled!!!

After we were married we went on our honeymoon to San Francisco and it was so much fun!! The weather was beautiful, the ocean was great, and I enjoyed countless soup in a bread bowl and lots of fish.

It also made me reflect back on the many fun vacations we have been on as a family. Our amazing Catalina trip, Hawaii, Big Bear, amusement parks, and the list goes on. We have shared so many amazing memories and vacations, I can't wait to share many more.

Then it also made me reflect back on when we had Wyatt and what a blessing that was. He is such an amazing son and we love him so much. Wyatt is the sweetest little guy and has so much personality. We love watching him grow and learn every day!

Then, it also made me think of when we were sealed, which was one of the best days. I love knowing that our family will be together forever and that we have come a long way and have chosen the right path for our family.

The list of memories goes on and on... buying our first house, getting our dog Rupert, holidays, etc.

Then, yesterday to celebrate our three year anniversary we went to the Temple visitor's center and watched the Joesph Smith movie, which of course made me cry like crazy! Then, we went to the Temple, came home, and Andrew grilled steaks for us (which were amazing).

It was a perfect day with the perfect man! I love you Andrew and can't wait to share many, many more years together and lots more fun memories!

Wyatt's Homemade Cookies

I decided to make some homemade oatmeal raisin cookies today and I had quite the little helper! This was Wyatt's first time helping mom make cookies and we had a lot of fun! Wyatt loved licking the spoon and eating the left over sugar in the measuring cups.

He looked so cute in his little cowboy apron that grandma got him awhile back. He is such a great little helper. He is always helping us with everything around the house! We baked the cookies and TA DA....

The finished product! It was a fun mess!

Tortilla Flats

We adventured out towards the lake and to Tortilla Flats. I love it out there. Beautiful scenery, the lake, perfect weather, and prickly pear ice cream.... doesn't get much better than that!! Of course our first stop was to get some prickly pear ice cream, we just had to, you can't drive all the way up there and not get it! It was Wyatt's first time having it and as you can see he LOVED it!

Wyatt and Andrew had fun adventuring together. They went down by the water and looked at all the fish and tadpoles!

Wyatt's favorite part was throwing rocks in the water.

AND a little rock climbing, Wyatt did great and had so much fun!

It was beautiful weather and a fun day :-)

Pool Day!!

We host pool day at our house every week and we love it! It is finally hot enough to go swimming and the kiddos enjoy it so much! The kids have so much fun swimming and I know us moms have fun getting some sun and chatting! We swim, play, and have lunch... doesn't get much better than that!

Miss Elsie is the cutest little girl ever and she was so excited to eat her watermelon!

SOOOOO cute!

Lincoln and Wyatt had fun in Wyatt's new wagon!

We have the greatest friends and a fun time hanging out poolside! Wyatt wore his arm floaties for the first time and did so good! He is starting to kick his feet and everything. I think he will get the hang of this swimming stuff pretty quick. The kids loved jumping from the first little step into the pool! Wyatt loves the water and needless to say he was exhausted after all that swimming!

Gila Valley Temple

I was able to go up with the other Young Woman leaders and the young women to the Gila Valley Temple. What an amazing experience it was for the girls to be able to see the Temple before it is dedicated. It was a great, spiritual trip even though the car ride there was a bit rough! Wyatt got pretty car sick, but everything turned out okay and I'm glad I got to go!

Wyatt's New Wagon!

Yesterday Wyatt got his new Radio Flyer in the mail from grandma and grandpa.

He LOVES it and I know we will have lots of fun times in it!

Mommy's Sunglasses

Wyatt LOVES my sunglasses! Probably because they are huge on him and he thinks it is super fun.

After Wyatt and Andrew had some fun Andrew went off to his new job :-) We are so proud of him!!

Gram Cracker

The last time great grandma was in town she took these adorable pictures of Wyatt eating his strawberries. I just had to post them because I love them and they were taken by great grandma, who we call Gram Cracker, so it makes them even better!

We miss Gram Cracker!!!

A Little Pool Side Fun

Decided to go for a swim today even though it still isn't quite warm enough. I think we are just getting anxious to actually use our pool!! We pretty much stayed on the top couple of steps and splashed around. Either way Wyatt had fun :-)

He is starting to get too big for his turtle floaty, but insisted on sitting in it!!

Mr. Wyatt LOVES the water!!!!

Mother's Day Photoshoot Fun

So, the day before Mother's Day Wyatt and I got to have a little photo shoot with Allie and it was so much fun and the pictures turned out really cute.

We borrowed the little red wagon from our friend Sara and Wyatt loved it!!!

Have to stop and pick things out of the grass...

Wyatt loved these yellow dots. He would just run back and fourth.

These stairs were so cool, Wyatt didn't really like them though.

We had a lot of fun and I'm glad I FINALLY got to go to the Mesa Arts Center. It is such a cute place. We have been wanting to go there for awhile now and it's just right next door to the Temple! Thanks Allie for a fun time and cute pictures!

Happy Mothers Day....

Saturday, the day before mother's day Wyatt and I got to have a mother/son photo shoot at the mesa arts center by Allie, I can't wait to see the pictures!!

Today was such a beautiful day and a wonderful mother's day! Woke up and Andrew and Wyatt went out to the truck and brought me in a gift....

I have been wanting this book for some time now and am so happy it's finally mine!! The book is about 700 pages so I better get reading!!

Then we enjoyed our day relaxing at home and church. Came back from church and had a wonderful time relaxing outside while Andrew cooked us hamburgers on the grill :-)

Wyatt got on his swim trunks and we splashed around for awhile until it got a little too chilly.

Then, I made some of my world famous banana bread!!!

Overall, it was a beautiful day and I am so thankful for Andrew and Wyatt showing me how loved I truly am!! I am also thankful for the women I have in my life and what inspirations they are to me.

Happy Mother's Day
