Christmas

Yes, I am just now posting about Christmas. Give me a break. It's been a very busy past few months and I am just now finding time to catch up! Christmas was... well... interesting to say the least. Wyatt had to have surgery right before Christmas. He had to have his tonsils and adenoids removed. The surgery went well but his recovery did not. We ended up staying in the hospital for 3 days after his surgery and it took him a full 2-3 weeks to fully recover. It was a really rough recovery and not an easy thing to see as a parent BUT the good news is he is breathing really well now and not having any more complications with that!! Wyatt enjoyed opening presents at home on Christmas but only for a little bit. It took him a few days to open up all his gifts, his energy level was still really low. I'm happy we had the surgery done and that he is now doing really well!
